Job summary

Eye-Q in Gurugram invites a patient care and sales-focused professional to drive conversions of suitable patients to surgical procedures guided by clinical advice and revenue targets. You will work closely with the surgeon, capture data in CRM, and assist in scheduling and patient education.

You will explain pre- and post-op instructions, discuss existing schemes, and follow up with patients and pipeline to maximize conversions while ensuring quality care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Develop a sound understanding of the Eye-Q business model
• Establish a clear understanding of the revenue targets and align efforts to achieve the same in collaboration with the Surgeon
• Understand patient's needs and clinical advice by the consultant to counsel patient for appropriate surgical procedure (based on quality of vision and affordability)
• Revenue Enhancement: - conversion of relevant patients to surgeries & procedures.
• Daily capture all relevant details in product counselling form and submit in CRM.
• Suggest suitable date for surgical procedure and obtain confirmation from the patients .
• Ensure surgery schedule done in Eyetech by PREs
• Follow up with the surgery patients and pipeline patients
• Explaining the pre op , post op instructions and guiding the patients for existing schemes and program
• Follow the process of second opinion to increase the conversion
• Explain about the Post op Teleconsultation benefits to the patients
• Manage any dissatisfaction of surgery patients and guide and refer to their OMs.
