Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property, land, stamp, and registration laws.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Title Search Reports, legal opinions, and revenue records.
• Evaluate land nature (freehold, leasehold, agricultural, or industrial) and identify title defects.
• Advise business teams on title-related risks and ensure compliance with documentation/stamping requirements.
• Review mortgage documents and provide written legal opinions.
