About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially astute Legal Professional to join our core Legal Team. The role will involve handling a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, contract lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate should have strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, practical exposure to real estate and property matters, and the ability to independently manage pre-litigation matters and legal documentation while protecting the company's business interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Contract Management
  Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining commercial agreements.
  Draft and review agreements to ensure appropriate risk allocation and protection of the company's interests.
  Work closely with business and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  Draft, review, negotiate, and execute Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Sale Deeds, Maintenance Agreements, and other property-related documents.
  Support real estate transactions, including documentation and property-related legal requirements.
  Assist with property due diligence and identification of legal risks associated with real estate transactions.
  Draft and vet Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  Ensure consistency of contractual terms with company policies and applicable laws.
  Draft and respond to legal notices, default notices, termination notices, and other legal correspondence.
  Develop and manage pre-litigation strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
  Handle out-of-court settlements, negotiations, and mediation to resolve disputes effectively and commercially.
• 5. Litigation Support
  Assist in preparation of matters for litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
  Coordinate with and brief external counsel on ongoing disputes.
  Track litigation matters across relevant courts, tribunals, and forums, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• 6. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure real estate transactions and documentation comply with applicable local land laws, property laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
  Conduct legal research and provide practical advice to business teams on applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Strong working knowledge of Real Estate, Property, Contract, and Commercial Laws.
• Practical experience in property due diligence and real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting and reviewing skills, particularly in Service Agreements, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, SLAs, and Vendor Contracts.
• Experience handling pre-litigation matters, legal notices, dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commercially practical approach to legal risk management.
