Responsibilities

• Case Management: Drafting, filing, and maintaining case files, affidavits, and petitions; ensuring proper chain-of-custody for evidence.
• MIS & Reporting: Updating legal MIS tools with case status and hearing outcomes; generating governance and audit reports.
• Financial Operations: Processing invoices for external counsel/vendors and maintaining records of legal expenses (court fees, travel, etc.).
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal SOPs and supporting internal/external audit processes.
• Operational Support: Managing court fee payments, tracking cause-lists, and coordinating logistics for legal proceedings.
