Position Title: Costing Lead, Company: Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, Grade/Level: IV, Division/Department: Projects.

Job Purpose

• Work with all stakeholders of the project for Project Pre-costing, Cost Estimation, Monitoring & Control of budget during project execution & After Project closeout.
• Monitoring & Tracking Budget actual and Variance data.
• Maintaining Historical Project data for cost comparison over the time.
• Project cost estimation at Conceptual stage, Project Initiation stage, Project execution & Project commissioning stage.
• Project cost monitoring on Procurement & Services.
• Budget Monitoring in SAP.
• Monitoring the status of the project procurement and communicate the relevant information to stakeholders.
• Responsible for assigned project from the initial development. This will require meetings with users to fully determine their needs & fulfilling the same.
• Conducts project review meetings & identify the issues that come up and plan countermeasures.
• Monthly & Weekly MIS of all Projects Cost Budget and actual cost variance to the project team and stakeholders.
• Responsible for overall monitoring of Project Budget control.
• Ability to handle cash flow management.

Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemicals/Mechanical).
