You will prepare pre-order profitability analyses to guide next month’s profits and review stock levels to optimize stock performance.

Additionally, you will prepare post-order profitability, assess performance against pre-order profitability, and undertake any duties assigned by management.

Job Description

• Authorize costing and resolve any resulting deviations in order to ensure that the costing is in line with company policies.
• Authorize Purchase Orders and resolve the resulting discrepancies to ensure that they are in line with the agreed costing.
• Prepare pre-order profitability in order to give management feedback with regard to the next months profits in advance.
• Compile raw material stock reviews such as evaluations on remaining stock against completed sales orders, reviews on slow/non moving stock on a monthly basis in order to check effectiveness of stock.
• Prepare post order profitability in order to indicate the company's performance during the previous month as against pre order profitability.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, and when requested by management.
