Job summary

Darling masala is seeking a cost accounting specialist to strengthen our manufacturing finance team in Chennai. You will develop and analyze product costing sheets for raw materials, packing, labor, and overheads, and monitor production costs to identify savings.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate BOM, calculating standard vs actual cost variances, coordinating with production, purchase and sales, and preparing monthly cost and MIS reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting or cost control in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with BOM, cost sheets, and standard costing.
• Ability to analyze material costs, overheads, and labor costs.
• Experience in cost reporting and MIS reporting.
• Collaborates with production, purchasing, and sales teams.
