Job summary

Visara Human Capital Services is seeking a financial costing professional in Bengaluru to manage product costing, unit costing, and employee costing for key sales and business units. The role involves cost centre setup, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, inventory valuation, and regular financial reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Product Costing: Work out the product cost with relevant over heads
• Unit Costing: Location wise costing for group company
• Employee costing: Sales Executive, Sales Engineers and Business Heads,
• Cost Centre: Work out the cost centre for products, branches,
• Cost Analysis: Analyze direct and indirect costs (material, Freight & Labor, and overhead)
• Variance Analysis: Compare actual purchase or operating costs against budgets to identify discrepancies
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop forecasts, build budgets, and set pricing strategies
• Inventory Management: Monitor physical inventory, reconcile, and perform stock valuations
• Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic cost reports and present insights to senior management
