Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager Commercial (Cost Control & Budgeting) to lead cost control, budgeting, and billing excellence across sites, while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will train site/RO teams on SAP, review budgets, manage site costs (IDC, NMR, labour), own monthly MIS (P&L, LCR, CTC), drive audits and client billing, handle subcontracts, and negotiate statements with MEP/PMV/Formwork teams.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil engineering from a recognized institute.
• Strong SAP and commercial/cost control experience in construction or EPC projects.
• Sharp negotiator with numbers and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
