Job summary

Renault Group is seeking a finance professional to manage costing and reporting for commodity parts across project milestones. The role focuses on capitalizing data, updating cost guidelines, and driving cost reduction while engaging suppliers and stakeholders with solid technical and economic context.

You will support digital transformation of processes and operations, and contribute to new process improvements for upstream projects, within the Finance & Control domain.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost modeling and project cost reporting.
• Ability to propose cost reduction opportunities in manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of supplier cost data and negotiation background.

Responsibilities

• Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project.
• Follow Costing guideline and Ref. data & support to Update CGL.
• Capitalize product and process data pertaining to the Commodity (SQ, Infosite, Cost reports).
• Propose cost reduction opportunities in parts manufacturing processes.
• Challenge suppliers with technical and economic explanations.
• Visit suppliers to collect costing information and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations.
• Develop new processes and solutions for upstream projects.

• Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
• Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
• Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
• To give proposals for cost reduction opportunities in the parts manufacturing processes.
• Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations.
• Visit Supplier and collect Required Costing information’s and identify opportunities for the cost reduction improvements.
• Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations
• New process improvement and solution for upstream projects.
