Job summary

RNTBCI PL, a Renault Group partner, is seeking a Costing and Reporting Specialist for commodity parts. You will handle bottom costing, RFQ, COST, and cost tracking across projects, while ensuring data integrity and adherence to costing guidelines.

You will visit suppliers, collect costing information, identify opportunities for cost reductions, support digital transformation of processes, and propose improvements for upstream projects in a dynamic manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
• Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
• Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
• To give proposals for cost reduction opportunities in the parts manufacturing processes.
• Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations.
• Visit Supplier and collect Required Costing information's and identify opportunities for the cost reduction improvements.
• Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations
