FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Cost Accountant to monitor, analyze, and control operational costs for multiple clients and locations.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting to drive efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate should have CMA credentials and at least 2 years of cost/management accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CMA qualified for the role.
• 2+ years of experience in Cost/Management Accounting or Financial Analysis.
• Experience in BPO/ITES is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets for clients, processes and business units.
• Analyze budget vs. actual costs and perform variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct profitability analysis across clients, locations and service lines.
• Track headcount, utilization and productivity as cost drivers.
• Assist in pricing, contract costing and business proposals.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate should have experience in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets for clients, processes, and business units.
• Analyze budget vs. actual costs and perform variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct profitability analysis across clients, locations, and service lines.
• Track key cost drivers such as headcount, utilization, and productivity.
• Assist in pricing, contract costing, and business proposals.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualified.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience in BPO/ITES industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an added advantage.
