Job summary

Topgear Consultants Private Limited in Nagpur is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to manage manufacturing costing, standard costing and BOM data. The role requires strong cost accounting skills and ERP experience to drive accuracy in inventory valuation and cost reports.

The candidate should have CMA/ICWA CMA Inter qualifications, 36 years of experience in manufacturing costing, and proficiency in Excel for analytical reporting. Work is performed on site in Nagpur, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• CMA, ICWA or CMA Inter qualification.
• 36 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, inventory accounting and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP etc.
• Good analytical reporting and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product costing and standard cost models.
• Update Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing data.
• Analyze material, labor and overhead cost variances.
• Monitor inventory valuation, WIP and finished goods costing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and MIS.
• Support month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Perform cost account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives.
