Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a CA Inter qualified accounting professional to manage branch-wise accounting across multiple locations. The role covers day-to-day operations, preparation of financial statements, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and finalization in coordination with auditors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualified (mandatory).
• Experience in handling multiple branches across locations.
• Gender: Male; Age limit: Up to 40 years.
• Strong knowledge of Core Accounts, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Trial Balance & Finalization.
• Stable career history with long-term tenure in previous roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise branch-wise accounting for multiple locations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and verify Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
• Handle GST, including returns, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Manage Income Tax workings, advance tax calculations, and documentation.
• Oversee TDS deductions, filing, and reconciliation.
• Support the finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
• Review branch accounts regularly and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, branch expense control, and vendor payments.
• Guide and support junior accounting staff across branches.
