Job summary

Hi Tech Pipes is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant (CA Inter) to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation support, and compliance-related work.

Key responsibilities include maintaining books, processing transactions, preparing bank and supplier reconciliations, assisting monthly and annual statements, and supporting GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic income-tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and review bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in audits and provide required financial information and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned.
