Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a Chartered Accountant Inter candidate with 5-10 years of experience in accounts and finance for a senior role at their Mumbai office (BKC). The incumbent will manage statutory financial reporting, lead finalization tasks, and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills to liaise with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience handling accounts of large organizations with high turnover (₹1,000 crore+).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and closing activities.
• Monitor receivables, payables and overall cash flow.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform account reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and closing activities.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and overall cash flow management.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities whenever required.

Candidate Profile

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Must have experience handling accounts of organizations with an annual turnover of 1,000 Crore or above.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutorycompliance.
