Job summary

Right Training And Placement Solutions in India is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage day-to-day books, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax in India. The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and timely statutory filings.

You will contribute to monthly MIS, assist audits, and strengthen internal processes while leveraging Tally Prime and Excel to deliver reliable financial reporting and insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in CA Firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate Books of Accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Compute, prepare, and ensure timely payment of TDS, GST, Advance Tax, and other statutory dues.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns within prescribed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian taxation laws and statutory regulations.
• Handle ROC-related compliances and statutory filings.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Assist during statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

• Experience in preparation of Financial Statements and statutory reports.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
