Job summary

InvestCloud, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an IT administrator to develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and other tools for routine administrative tasks.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Entra/AD identity management, and device management with Intune and Defender, with a focus on security and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with InfoSec and teams across the organization to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts for administrative tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience managing identity services with Entra/AD and PowerShell automation.
• Ability to support security policies and regulatory compliance with IT controls.
• Experience with device management and endpoint protection tools.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python or other scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
• Implement scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure scripts are secure and comply with company policies.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Microsoft Entra and Active Directory Management:

• Configure identity services to ensure secure operations.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Work with the InfoSec and compliance teams to monitor security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate with other systems and automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues.

Intune and Microsoft Defender:

• Administer and configure Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and threat management.
