Job summary

InvestCloud, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 and Mac OS environments. You will implement security controls, automate tasks with PowerShell, and support end-users across a secure hybrid IT landscape.

The role requires 7–12 years' experience, strong scripting skills, and the ability to work US hours as needed. This position focuses on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and macOS support.

Qualifications

• 7-12 Years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Mac OS management and support.
• Familiarity with Intune MDM or similar solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working hour: Flexibility to work in US time zones is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues.
• Administer and configure Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and threat management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Provide support for Mac OS users within the Microsoft 365 environment.
