• 6–14 years of experience in a leading strategy or operational consulting firm, or related private equity/operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid financial understanding and drive for quality.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and presentation-building capabilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with private-equity lifecycle and navigating its complexities.
• High integrity, tact, and ability to communicate difficult messages professionally.
• Excellent prioritization in high-pressure environments and ability to manage multiple demands.

• Deliver high‑impact solutions to our clients as a member of the GCC BTS team, working on projects across multiple geographies and industries.
• Take ownership of and deliver case deliveries across corporate strategy engagements such as Revenue & EBITDA bridge diagnostic, GTM readiness and market entry strategy, and business disruption and transformation.
• Collaborate with Senior Directors and Managing Directors to design and implement innovative, hands‑on solutions for complex business challenges.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and shaping innovative service offerings tailored to market needs.
• Engage with stakeholders across geographies and industries, broadening your professional network and exposure to global best practices.

Qualifications
