Role
At A&M, our GCC PEPI practice is a dynamic and integral part of our global operations, collaborating closely with clients and onshore teams to deliver independent, data‑driven analysis and comprehensive, end‑to‑end services across the private equity investment lifecycle. The team specializes in providing strategic support for critical areas such as due diligence (commercial, operational, financial, IT, and more) and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring our clients achieve sustainable value creation. Our mission is to empower private equity‑owned portfolio companies to overcome challenges, unlock potential, and achieve operational excellence.
- Pre‑Acquisition Support: Conducting commercial and operational due diligence, carve‑out planning, and merger‑integration to ensure seamless transitions and informed decision‑making.
- Transformation and Performance Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
- Turnaround and Restructuring: Supporting operational turnarounds and restructuring efforts to stabilize and revitalize underperforming businesses.
- Exit Readiness and Execution: Preparing portfolio companies for successful exits by maximizing value and ensuring strategic alignment.
How You Will Contribute
- Deliver High‑Impact Solutions Across Diverse Projects:
- Commercial Due Diligence: Assess market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for potential investments.
- Operational Due Diligence: Evaluate operational capabilities, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
- Financial Due Diligence: Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, and assess the sustainability of earnings.
- IT Due Diligence: Review technology infrastructure, systems, and processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Improvement and Transformation: Drive initiatives to optimise operations, enhance profitability, and unlock value for portfolio companies.
- Turnaround and Restructuring: Support underperforming businesses in stabilising operations and implementing recovery strategies.
- Exit Readiness: Prepare portfolio companies for successful exits by maximising value and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with Managing Directors and Senior Directors to design and implement innovative, hands‑on solutions for complex business challenges.
- Contribute to Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and shape innovative service offerings tailored to market needs.
- Expand Your Professional Network: Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across geographies and industries, expanding your network and exposure to global best practices.

Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 3‑8 years in leading strategy or operational consulting, or relevant experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Operations.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional problem‑solving skills, strong financial acumen, advanced analytical, financial modelling, and presentation‑building abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical, solution‑focused, entrepreneurial mindset; high integrity; excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands in high‑pressure situations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel modelling and data analysis to support timely, informed decision‑making for clients.
