Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a fundraising leader to drive the Education Fund's annual capital raise from corporates, family foundations, and high-net-worth donor families.

You will partner with NGO collaborators to design and grow donation programmes, lead proposals, and close grants, ensuring governance and donor confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the annual capital raise for the Education Fund from corporates, family foundations and high-net-worth donor families.
• Collaborate with NGO partners to design and strengthen new charitable and education-focused donation programmes.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures.
• Ensure compliance, governance readiness and donor confidence across fundraising activities.
• Identify and engage CSR-aligned corporates, family offices and foundations.
• Build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters and trustees.
• Oversee donations raised by CSR and track fund utilization against commitments.
• Track ongoing CSR activities and report outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
• Solicit and act on donor feedback to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.
• Serve as a key contact point for fundraising, partnership or strategy queries related to the Education Fund.

• Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements and ensure outreach is aligned with organizational objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from donors and partners to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.
• Become a key contact point for fundraising, partnership, or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the Education Fund.
