Job summary

Taggd is seeking a fundraising leader to drive proposal development, negotiate grants, and close funding deals. You will ensure compliance, governance readiness, and donor confidence while identifying CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.

You will build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees; manage donations raised by CSR, track utilization, report outcomes to leadership, and shape future fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures.
• Ensure compliance, governance readiness, and donor confidence.
• Identify and engage CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.
• Build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees.
• Oversee the management of donations raised by the CSR department and track fund utilization against commitments.
• Track ongoing CSR activities and manage outcomes, ensuring effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements and ensure outreach is aligned with organizational objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from donors and partners to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
• Communicate Taggd's ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.
