Job summary

Taggd in India seeks a fundraising leader to steer proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures for the Education Fund. You will ensure governance readiness and donor confidence while engaging CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.

You will build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees, manage donations across CSR activities, and track fund utilization against commitments.

• Ensure compliance, governance readiness, and donor confidence.
• Identify and engage CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.
• Build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees.
• Oversee the management of donations raised by the CSR department and track fund utilization against commitments.
• Track ongoing CSR activities and manage outcomes, ensuring effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements and ensure outreach is aligned with organizational objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from donors and partners to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
• Communicate Taggd's ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.
• Become a key contact point for fundraising, partnership, or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the Education Fund.
