Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services in Mumbai seeks a dynamic professional to lead and manage a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Managers/Sales Officers. You will drive new corporate salary accounts through tie-ups, build strong relationships with HR teams, and target cross-sell of banking products.

You will monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines while achieving team targets for Salary Accounts, CASA, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Managers / Sales Officers.
• Drive acquisition of new corporate salary accounts through corporate tie-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates and HR teams.
• Achieve team targets for Salary Accounts, CASA, and cross-selling of banking products.
• Generate business through existing corporate relationships and new client acquisition.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily sales activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and field visits.
• Cross-sell products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank guidelines.
