Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Corporate Salary Manager to acquire corporate salary-account relationships, grow the corporate salary portfolio, and maintain relationships with HR/Finance decision-makers. The role involves leading a team of Relationship Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while cross-selling CASA, FD, loans, and other banking products.

The ideal candidate will have strong client acquisition skills, experience in corporate salary products, and fluency with KYC/AML

• Drive monthly/quarterly acquisition targets and deepening of relationships.

Job Purpose

The manager is responsible for acquiring corporate clients for salary-account relationships, growing the corporate salary portfolio, maintaining relationships with HR/Finance decision-makers, and generating additional business from corporate employees. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate companies for salary-account tie-ups.
• Develop relationships with HR, Finance, Admin and senior management of companies.
• Generate leads through corporate visits, references, market mapping and networking.
• Present the bank's salary-account proposition to corporate decision-makers.
• Coordinate corporate salary-account onboarding and employee account-opening activities.
• Ensure quality acquisition, account activation and salary credits.
• Deepen existing corporate relationships and improve customer stickiness.
• Cross-sell CASA, FD, credit cards, loans, insurance, wealth and other banking products.
• Identify opportunities to increase the bank's share of wallet within corporate accounts.
• Review underperforming corporate relationships and prepare action plans.
• Conduct corporate engagement activities to acquire and retain clients.
• Monitor competitors and identify new market/business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and bank policies.
• Coordinate with branch, operations and product teams for smooth customer servicing.
• Track and achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition and business targets.
