Job summary

Policybazaar for Business in Bengaluru seeks a corporate insurance sales professional to meet customers, assess insurance needs, and present viable proposals. You will network with CFO/HR heads and other decision-makers to build strong client relationships.

The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, mapping client markets, and monitoring competition to set industry benchmarks. Experience in team handling and corporate relationship management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Direct Corporate Sales Experience in Insurance Broking
• University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification
• MBA from a reputed B-School

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.
• Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
• Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
• Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
• Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
• Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
• Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
