The team brings decades of experience in Gurugram’s commercial office landscape and serves over 800 corporate clients, with a strong track record in both commercial office and residential real estate. TrueSeed.in is expanding into warehousing and logistics, developing parks on the Lucknow–Kanpur Road in Lucknow and in Farukh Nagar, Gurugram.

Role Description:

The Corporate Leasing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities, coordinating property viewings, and supporting negotiations between prospective tenants and Trueseed. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their queries. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring timely execution of leasing commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs Experience in corporate leasing in Gurugram is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present options, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience of 5+ years in corporate leasing in the Gurugram market is a must.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings and site visits, and manage multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate market analysis is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
