Abans Financial Services Ltd. seeks a hands-on Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, expense monitoring and management reporting across departments. You will consolidate annual budgets and track variances to provide actionable insights to leadership.

You will partner with department heads to drive cost control, forecast accurately and streamline MIS dashboards using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or M. Com with relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of corporate budgeting, FP&A, cost control or MIS experience.
• Experience in a diversified group, financial services organisation or multi-business environment preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage organisation-wide budgeting, expense monitoring, financial planning and management reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and consolidating budgets across departments and business verticals, monitoring financial performance against approved budgets, identifying cost optimisation opportunities and providing actionable financial insights to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of corporate budgeting, expense management and financial planning.
• Hands-on experience in budget vs. actual analysis and financial MIS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and financial modelling.
• Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems; Power BI exposure will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate with multiple departments and manage reporting timelines.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
