Job summary

Movate in Bengaluru is seeking an M&A Associate to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post‑merger integration.

You will identify growth opportunities, conduct market research and valuation, and help execute end-to-end deals while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or M&A roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in IT services or technology sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
