Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. seeks a senior corporate communications leader to oversee external and internal messaging for a listed entity. The role covers annual reports, quarterly results, shareholder communications, media relations and crisis management across multiple brands.

You will collaborate with the Company Secretary/Compliance, shape leadership profiles, and drive employer branding and awareness in healthcare and senior-care sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a listed company’s communications function.
• Strong partnership with Company Secretary/Compliance on disclosure-sensitive material.
• Direct experience running PR and profiling programmes for senior leadership.
• Graduate minimum; MBA/PG in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or PR preferred.
• 10+ years in PR/corporate communications with significant in-house listed-company exposure.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience within a listed (publicly traded) companys communications function. Agency-side servicing of a listed client does not substitute.

• Demonstrated ownership of annual report communication, including the full coordination and sign-off cycle preceding filing.
• Proven working partnership with the Company Secretary / Secretarial & Compliance function on disclosure-sensitive communication material-event releases, results communication, regulatory filing timelines and pre-clearance of external content.
• Direct experience running PR and profiling programmes for senior leadership Chairperson, MD/CEO, CXOs.
• Education: Graduate at minimum; PG / MBA in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or PR preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in PR, corporate communications, brand communications or reputation management, of which a minimum of 23 years must be in-house at a listed company (mandatory).
• Healthcare, hospital, health services, pharma, health-tech, wellness or senior care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a multi-entity or group structure supporting several businesses from a central corporate function — is a significant advantage.
• Strong existing relationships with business, healthcare, corporate, lifestyle and regional media.
• Excellent writing, editing, messaging and storytelling skills.
• Strong judgement, discretion and maturity in handling confidential and price-sensitive information.
• Proven experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-business environment.
• Experience in purpose-led consumer or services organisations is an added advantage.
