HDFC Life in India is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive Bancassurance partnerships. You will travel within assigned locations, meet channel partner teams and customers, and work toward top-line targets, persistency, and product mix. Strong communication, integrity, and the ability to influence are essential.

Graduation in any stream is required. You will learn technology-driven sales processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines as you build rewarding relationships

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

About the channel

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
