Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Government Authorities and Regulatory Bodies (BMC/MCGM, MMRDA, CIDCO, MIDC, MHADA, SRA, Revenue & Urban Development Departments, etc.) for approvals, NOCs, licenses, and clearances.
• Build and maintain relationships with Government officials, political stakeholders, and local communities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, resolve issues, and support project-related approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Projects, Architecture, Engineering) for statutory submissions and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments, maintain approval trackers, and prepare management reports.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1015 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Liaisoning, or Public Affairs.
• Strong understanding of Maharashtra's political, administrative, and regulatory landscape, particularly MMR.
• Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Hospitality, or large-scale development projects preferred.
• Strong network with Government departments and regulatory authorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
