  • Ensure submissions are technically correct; support interpretation notes and compliance matrices.
  • Draft responses during authority queries/observations and coordinate revised drawings with Design teams.
  • Publish weekly MIS and escalation notes to BD Head/SBU governance.
  • Coordinate inspections/hearings; ensure site readiness and evidence packs for closures.
  • Maintain approvals repository and logs for audits and renewals.
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation actions through follow-ups.

Purpose/Objective

  • coordinating with central Corporate Affairs and Regulatory teams for NOCs, permissions and clearances, with right-first-time submissions.
  • acting as technical interface to resolve authority queries, inspections and observation closures quickly.
  • maintaining trackers, MIS and escalations for critical-path approvals.
Key Responsibilities of Role
  • 1. Build project approvals roadmap (stage-wise) for Maharashtra; map dependencies to design freezes and execution milestones.
  • 2. Coordinate submission inputs with central Regulatory/Corporate Affairs (drawings, statements, certificates, undertakings) and ensure checklist compliance.
  • 3. Review submissions for technical correctness; support DCPR/DP interpretation notes and compliance matrices as needed.
  • 4. Act as technical support during authority queries/observations; draft responses and coordinate revised drawings with Design teams.
  • 5. Track approvals status, ageing and next actions; publish weekly MIS and escalation notes to BD Head/SBU governance.
  • 6. Coordinate inspections/hearings; ensure site readiness and documentation packs for evidence-based closures.
  • 7. Maintain approvals repository, correspondence logs and evidence trails for audit readiness and renewals.
  • 8. Proactively identify approval risks and mitigation actions; expedite through structured followups and facilitation routes.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Civil / Urban Planning / related technical qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Desirable/Preferable MBA / PGDM (Operations, Infrastructure Management, Strategy) / LLB / PG in Urban Planning / Environment / Liaison with demonstrated authority-interface exposure.
