Key Responsibilities

• Government Liaisoning:Coordinate with municipal corporations (e.g., BMC), MHADA, SRA, and fire departments for NOCs, approvals, and building plan sanctions.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with local regulations, DCPR 2034 norms, and RERA guidelines.
• Documentation:Handle submission, tracking, and follow-up of files for redevelopment projects, including NOCs from various departments.
• Stakeholder Coordination:Maintain communication with developers, tenants, society members, architects, and legal teams.
• Site Inspections & Troubleshooting:Manage inspections by authorities and proactively resolve queries or issues raised to prevent delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Usually 5+ years of experience in liaison, with a strong focus on redevelopment projects and Mumbai municipal processes (MHADA/BMC).
• Knowledge:Deep understanding of DCPR 2034, RERA, and local building by-laws.
