Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to join the Data Operations team in Bengaluru. You will ensure accurate creation and maintenance of tradable securities in Millennium’s Global Security Master, oversee data quality checks, and collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams as well as external data vendors to resolve issues.

You will lead the build-out of the Corporate Actions Data Management function, establishing workflows, governance, and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in operations at a broker-dealer or asset management firm with some experience in Corporate Actions.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income and derivatives.
• Experience working with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit (S&P Global), ICE and other Data Vendors.
• Ability to implement and maintain new systems, procedures, and controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and work well with a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Data Operations team resides within the Control function of Ops &MO and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Global Security Master through various data quality measures.
