Accenture PLC in Bengaluru seeks an AVP for Corporate Actions / Income to oversee accurate and timely processing of corporate actions for institutional clients.

Role requires 8–10 years in corporate actions or asset servicing, with proficiency in industry platforms (Bloomberg, Euroclear, Clearstream, DTCC CA Web, SWIFT) and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 9+ years in corporate actions, securities operations, or asset servicing.
• Experience with corporate actions processing platforms (Bloomberg, Euroclear, Clearstream, DTCC CA Web, SWIFT) and MS Excel.

What would you do? The AVP of Corporate Actions / Income will oversee the accurate and timely processing of corporate action events (e.g., dividends, mergers, spin-offs, tender offers, and proxy voting) for institutional clients.

• Business AnalyticsQualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.- Experience: 9+ years in corporate actions, securities operations, or asset servicing.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in corporate actions processing platforms e.g., Bloomberg, Euroclear, Clearstream, DTCC CA Web, SWIFT messaging, and MS Excel. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global securities markets, custody operations, and regulatory frameworks (SEC, FCA, etc.). Risk & Control Management:- Identify and mitigate operational risks related to corporate actions processing. - Implement robust controls to reduce errors, financial losses, and reputational risks. - Resolve complex corporate actions issues and discrepancies in a timely mannerClient & Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams (Trading, Custody, Fund Accounting) and external clients. - Address client inquiries and ensure seamless communication on corporate actions events. - Partner with Technology teams to enhance automation and straight-through processing (STP). Process Improvement & Projects: - Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new corporate actions platforms. - Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in asset management, investment banking, or global custodial services. - Knowledge of ISO 15022/20022 messaging standards. - Project management experience (Agile, Lean Six Sigma). nt Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: - Oversee the end-to-end processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - Ensure adherence to industry standards (DTCC, ISDA, SWIFT) and regulatory requirements.
