Job summary

Quaestoradvisors in Bengaluru, India, seeks a junior treasury analyst to support daily cash posting across entities using ERP systems. You will collaborate with AP/AR teams to ensure accurate cash receipts and disbursements and assist in bank reconciliations and balance management.

With 0-1 year of experience and strong Excel skills, you will contribute to treasury process improvements and ad hoc technology initiatives, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CA/CPA with 0-1 years’ experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• NetSuite knowledge is plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily cash posting process in the ERP across management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities.
• Coordinate closely with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of cash receipts and disbursements.
• Manage bank balance circulation to key stakeholders and maintain the bank statement data room.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Drive efficiencies across all cash and treasury management functions through process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Assist in ad hoc requests, technology initiatives, and special projects.
• Provide support for and analysis of new business initiatives for firm growth.
• The individual will have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment with an ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency
