Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a QA/Testing professional with 5+ years of experience focusing on Retail Banking/Financial Services. You will work on core banking modules, mainframe AS400 applications, and data validations. Strong SQL skills, exposure to qTest/JIRA, and ability to lead testing efforts are essential.

The role involves coordinating across Agile/Waterfall SDLC, independent work, and delivering high-quality releases for financial services customers from Pune, India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong mortgage domain knowledge: origination, servicing, underwriting, compliance.
• Solid experience with Signature/AS400 Mainframe applications.
• Experience with handling critical production issues.
• Experience with batch job testing, file validations, and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like qTest, JIRA.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data preparation.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts for projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
