Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.
• Upselling existing clients.
• Helping acquire new business and contributing to pitches and ideas.
• Developing and mentoring the Creative team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Guiding and supporting your team and stepping in during peak times.
• Coordinating with Marketing to understand client requirements and create content strategy.
• Conducting regular brainstorming sessions and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Allocating tasks by matching work type to team members.
• May include other duties as assigned.
