You will work with Power Platform, Graph, REST APIs to connect agents to data and actions; ensure secure access with Entra ID; perform prompt engineering and analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot Studio experience covering topics, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, and publishing.
• Strong Power Platform grounding with Power Automate and connectors and Dataverse.
• Experience connecting agents to data and actions via Graph, connectors, and REST APIs.
• Understanding authentication and consent models for secure agent access.
• Prompt engineering and understanding of generative AI behaviour, grounding and limitations.
• Ability to test, monitor and iterate on agents using built-in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Copilot Studio agents and workflows.
• Integrate agents with data sources and REST APIs using Graph and connectors.
• Ensure secure agent access with Entra ID and proper permissions.
• Continuously test, monitor performance and iterate based on analytics.

Strong hands-on Copilot Studio experience: topics, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, and publishing.

• Solid Power Platform grounding, especially Power Automate and connectors, and working knowledge of Dataverse.
• Experience connecting agents to data and actions via Microsoft Graph, connectors, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Entra ID, authentication, and permission/consent models for secure agent access.
• Practical prompt engineering and an understanding of generative AI behaviour, grounding, and limitations.
• Ability to test, monitor, and iterate on agents using the built-in analytics.
