Job summary

Cognizant Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise automation and AI-driven business applications. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI integrations, overseeing ALM, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.

The role requires strong expertise in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 services, with hands-on experience in solution architecture and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• 3+ years of experience in Power Apps Portals/Power Pages/Canvas/Model Driven.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio/Agentic AI/Generative AI/RAG concepts & solution development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences, topics, prompts, agent instructions, and orchestration flows.
• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (PAD).
• Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, teams, and business units.
• Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment.
