Job summary

iLink Digital in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop and configure AI copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, and to build conversational flows, topics, and multi-agent solutions. The role focuses on integrations with REST APIs, CRM/ERP, and enterprise data sources, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Logic Apps to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Python and AI/Agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, RAG, and Logic Apps.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
