Job summary

Krazymantra is looking for a Copilot Specialist in Bengaluru to automate and enhance AI capabilities. You will work with Microsoft 365 and manage the integration of conversational AI solutions within ITSM processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in Copilot Studio, IT Service Desk operations, and a strong understanding of Digital Workplace support models. The notice period is open, and we are seeking candidates who can drive innovation in Agentic AI.

Qualifications
