Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Senior Developer for Microsoft Copilot Studio to build enterprise-grade AI agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services. The role requires hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and a solid background in Azure AI services, with 6–12 years of software development in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 6–12 years of software development experience with enterprise tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Configure topics, actions, entities, variables, and conversation flows.
• Implement generative orchestration, grounding, and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate with Azure services, APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse, and business apps.
• Ensure secure, scalable solutions with governance and guardrails.
• Perform agent evaluation, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
