Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gurugram is seeking a Copilot Specialist to drive customization, deployment, and governance of AI-powered productivity tools. You will bridge generative AI with enterprise IT, building Copilot extensions and integrating data sources to improve employee workflows.

You will lead platform enablement through Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, provide training, and ensure security and privacy standards across solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT application development, low-code solutions, or digital workplace enablement, ideally with internship experience in a similar corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Copilot extensions, plugins, and conversational topics using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Integrate Copilot with external data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems to enrich AI-driven responses.
• Write clean, maintainable code or low-code logic to implement custom business workflows within the AI ecosystem.

This role bridges the gap between emerging generative AI technologies and corporate IT platforms to enhance organizational efficiency. To address these business aims, this role focuses on Copilot Customization & Development, Solution Implementation & Enablement, and Platform Governance & Security. These core areas ensure that AI tools are securely integrated, custom-tailored to business needs, and effectively adopted by employees. Given the focus on advanced AI integration and platform enablement, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and basic software development principles. A background in IT or Computer Science combined with strong problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.
