• Contribute to development of innovative ideas to improve standards.
• Handle customer phone calls via Cisco/mobile.
• Manage cases via Salesforce case management.
• Meet global Inland KPIs for cases and calls weekly.
• Complete all functional Hapag Learning Campus.

Job Description:

Inland Delivery Team established to enhance our Inland operations and services. IDT task clustered around
the topics of: Transportation planning, operational management of Inland transports, administrating Inland
transports, vendor, customer communication and cooperate with your Operations colleagues to increase
internal efficiencies and provide significantly improved service quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize daily transport planning in cooperation with our subcontractors and our customers.
• Direct contact with our customers concerning transport related challenges, delays, and the planning of new business in cooperation with sales.
• Responsible for the processing of received booking amendments and booking confirmations for transport-relevant shipments in import and export.
• Work closely with other departments of the hinterland logistics (ED, Area & Sales), maritime logistics (terminal processes) and operations steering support.
• Part of the constant development of new, innovative ideas to continuously advance our high-quality standards.
• Handle Customer phone calls via cisco / mobile.
• Handle cases via case management – Salesforce.
• Meet the global Inland KPI’s for both cases & calls on weekly basis.
• Complete all functional Hapag Learning Campus.
