Job summary

Jupiter Hospital in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks a Quality Improvement professional to design and implement the QI plan across hospital operations. The role focuses on NABH compliant protocols, risk reduction, and driving a culture of continuous quality improvement.

The successful candidate will supervise QI activities, lead incident monitoring, and coordinate data-driven reports for executive leadership, nursing, and medical directors.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements the QI plan for the Jupiter Hospital.
• Develops and implements standard protocols as per NABH standards.
• Approves & Supervises QI activities in a manner that complies with regulatory and NABH and other accreditation standards.
• Facilitates and promotes organization wide philosophical commitment to quality.
• Acts as member for the QI committee. Serves as the focal point of QI activities.
• Approves, Promotes and supports systems and processes to achieve safe, cost effective, high quality healthcare.
• Supervises Reviewing, tracking and trends employee/visitor / patient incident reports.
• Supervises events for QI activities. Provides guidance to the activities of quality improvement.
• Uses collaborative efforts and teams to study and improve specific existing processes.
• Approves the activities of process improvement teams. Supervises team efforts to monitor and evaluate patient care
• Supervises and Approves quality improvement reports and activities utilizing data in a meaningful format. Tabulates aggregates, summarizes and displays pertinent data.
• Develops complete, timely reliable reports. Shares information with appropriate staff, including reports to the Nursing Director, Medical Director, Chief Executive Officer and the Directors.
• Promote process improvement for the ongoing prevention and reduction of risk.
