Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of work experience in livelihoods, partnerships, or coordination.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in documenting, reporting, and maintaining partnership data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing Livelihood strategies developed by the Manager.
  • Coordinate with NGO, corporate, and government partners for information sharing, meetings, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of Livelihood communications, MoUs, activities, and impact metrics.
  • Support employer engagement events, partner site visits, and review meetings.
  • Ensure Livelihood documentation aligns with APD’s compliance and reporting standards.
  • Assist with follow-up actions post partner engagements and track progress against deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align livelihood initiatives with program needs.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and data summaries for internal and external use.
  • Support newsletters, success stories, and visibility material in coordination with the communications team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and respond promptly to queries.

The Coordinator will support theimplementation of the activities within APD’sLivelihood programs. The role focuses on assisting in the management of externalrelationships with NGOs, corporates, and government agencies, ensuring smoothcommunication, documentation, and follow-up actions to support inclusive employment. Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The role is administrative andcoordination-oriented, with specific responsibility for maintaining accurate partnershipdata, supporting events, and ensuring efficient engagement under the guidanceof the Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing Livelihood strategies developed by the Manager.
  • Coordinate with NGO, corporate, and government partners for informationsharing, meeting scheduling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of Livelihood communications, MoUs, activities, andimpact metrics.
  • Support the organization and execution of employer engagement events, partnersite visits, and review meetings.
  • Ensure all Livelihood documentation is updated and aligned with APD’scompliance and reporting standards.
  • Assist with follow-up actions post partner engagements and track progressagainst livelihood deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, placement, M&E) to align livelihood initiatives with ongoing program needs.
  • Prepare draft reports, meeting notes, presentations, and data summaries forinternal and external use.
  • Support communication efforts including newsletters, success stories, andvisibility material in coordination with the communications team.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders and respondpromptly to the queries.
Accountability
  • Report to the Manager; Placement on Livelihood-related tasks,documentation, and engagement outcomes.
  • Ensure data integrity, timely follow-ups, and proper filing of allcommunications and agreements.
  • Contribute to partner satisfaction through timely coordination and professionalconduct.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with APD’s policies on inclusion and safeguarding.
Working Conditions
  • Based in Bangalore / Hyderabad, frequent travel to APD project sites in Telangana locations.
  • May require flexible working hours for events.
