ACCESS Development Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee AWD implementation and drive crop input sales in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires supervising Field Officers, setting targets, and ensuring strong field operations with proactive leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of relevant experience in agriculture, strong team management skills, and fluency in Telugu. Travel to production sites and market venues is expected as part of field activities.

ACCESS Development Services is currently implementing numerous programs in Agri-value chain development, climate resilient agriculture, carbon farming and FPOs; Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana and West Bengal in collaboration with various Public Sector, Philanthropic and CSR agencies. All programs are being managed by respective Team Leaders at State or program level.
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple Field Officers (FOs) to ensure the successful execution of the Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) method and crop input sales. The PC plays a crucial leadership role in setting targets, tracking performance, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring smooth field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agricultural field operations, sales management, and team leadership.
Willingness to travel is required to implement the project efficiently.
The salary range for this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon the experience set of the candidate and the HR policies of the organization.
